She's so ugly that she's cute. She's a half pug, half boston terrier mutt so she's got that little pushed in nose and buggy eyes and really she's such an ugly dog but she's so darn adorable. And she's so loyal no matter if I'm angry, depressed or what. And when I feel terribly lonely, she's always there trying to cheer me up, wanting to play, give me a break from the world by going for a walk, or just sitting on my lap. Pitiful thing, all she wants is love. And she's a rescue with a broken tail that's still a little crooked from being thrown out of a moving vehicle by her original owner and she has a severe separation anxiety, so she's just as messed up as I am. And I find that oddly comforting and her presence to be therapeutic. I love that darn dog! Anyone else???

I Love My Dog! (silly post)

Awww!! I love my dog too, unfortunately we had to re-home him a few weeks ago, but I miss him so much. I just try not to think about it. He is a pug, with loads of personality and quirks. His name was Chin Sui. I had a visit with him a few days ago. His name has been changed to Pugsly. I don't know why but his name change made me very very upset. I understand he isn't my dog anymore, but it still hurts. He was such a good friend and a good dog for three and a half years.

The only reason we found him a new home is because of my bf and my living arrangements, we just felt like poor Chin Sui was spending too much time alone and would be happier with people that could give him the proper amount of time. they are good people that will take good care of him and the wife can take him to work with her. We are allowed to make arrangements to pick him up for a walk and to visit with my kids. Which is pretty great. I just miss him.

I have a dog but I am not fond of her, unfortunately. She is too much for me to handle. She's a Yorkie rat terrior mix, and she has some sort of mental problem. It took us four years to house break her and now she's mostly house broken except if she gets mad she poops by the baby's crib. She's very temprimental so anything can make her mad, including taking care of the baby...

I also have a cat and I am more fond of him except recently he's been mousing in the dumpster, so he's stinky.... :P

We also have my mother-in-law's dog and she is the most demanding creature I've ever met and I've had cats my whole life. That whole saying "Dogs have owners, cats have staff." Well, this doesn't apply to her. In her case we are not only her staff but her lowly slaves LOL.

I love my dog. He is a Dacschund-Jack Russell mix. He looks like a Dacschund but he has longer legs. He seems to know when I need him and when I need to sit alone. What a smart pup.

I also have two cats. One lives in the basement because she doesn't like the dog. (he chases her) The other cat is either afraid or ignores everyone in the house but me. He is definitely my cat. He'll follow me around like a dog, and will tolerate my husband so that he can sleep in bed with me.

I have a Pug mix too, and she is the BEST. DOG. EVER. Smart as a whip, and loyal as the day is long. I looooooves me some Zoey, that's for sure!

Also have three Basement Cats (Rosie, Katie, and Casi) who stay downstairs while the dog lives upstairs. They are all middle-aged or geriatric---the youngest is 8, the middle one is 11 1/2, and the eldest is almost 14. We lost our 16 1/2 year old kitty in December. Hate it when they go, they're not "like" members of the family, they ARE family. Love my pets!
