Unsafe???

What does that mean? I've heard that word here and my T's have asked me before but I don't really feel comfortable asking them what it means usually I ask Dh feelings / words I don't know but he has no clue what unsafe means either? also, crises and when to call pdoc or T?

Unsafe is usually the word used when someone is not safe to be alone. Typically that they are at harm to themselves or even someone else.

And I'm not sure what your second question is asking... Are you asking what crisis means or are you asking simply when to call?

Unsafe is when you have a self harming or other harming plan and the means to carry it out. It;s when you've totally gone off your meds and are rampaging thru the house breaking things. Or just totally gone off your meds and are seeing/hearing things that aren't there.

These are also the times when you call your Pdoc.

Thank-you so much. DH has not trusted me home alone for years but is learning that's pdoc and therapists job, not his. I was asking What is the meaning of crises? When do you call pdoc or T?

when I Have harmed , or my husband can't handle me.

Preferably call your pdoc or T before you self harm or go on a rampage through the house or some other damaging activity.
