First post in about 3 weeks. The question of am I BP has crossed my mind a few times.I have had some rants and I had a total meltdown last week Wednesday after I waited 4 hours to see my Therapist. So it's official we are getting out of this place and moving back to civilization. It can be either good or bad for me (personally it's gona be heaven. Now just the concern of the kids and adjusting. I'm going through a rough patch- don't want to clean or work feel sluggish and tired and have serious trouble getting out of bed. So tomorrow it's psychiatrist to review meds etc. Actually just saying hi - not feeling it either so I am off to bed.

Thanks for checking in, so glad you get to move back to civilization, and atleast you know that hospital staff speak English(!) yeah, that one got to me when you mentioned it, I think it's rude and innapropriate, especially when you're scared shitless in the ER! Grrr. Hope your pdoc helps you, I know all too well what you mean, i'm starting to think my depressive habits have lingered long after it lifted, OR I'm just lazy... The jury's still out. Hope you feel better soon!

Its good you are going to where the help is better! Just take care. I read that if its somewhere new to you that your moving, then it helps to visit the neighborhood a few times first to keep the stress levels down.
