Hello Boys & Berries,

I am about to fly to the west coast and then Europe. Traveling gives me insomnia & mania all the time!

Does anyone else experience this?

FYI I will be offline for a while

Peace

TnT

an absolute yes for me! even a 2 hr. flt, in either direction, causes mania for about 2 days. when we wen to south africa, it took 23 hours to get there and i swear i never rebounded the entire time there. i try to keep air travel to a minimum because it affects me in such a negative way. good luck.
Thanks for this!
