Stopped at the pharmacy to pick up some meds on my way home from a support group this afternoon. Walking through the parking lot I noticed a car with the license plate "BPLRCHK". Gotta respect open honesty like that. I wouldn't have the guts to advertise my diagnosis on my car.

My license plate is "STFU". I'm surprised I got away with that.
Thanks for this!

I would totally have 'tourette' as a license plate.

I agree with bipolarmedstudent. In my state NH, having a vanity plate is like a religion. I read that 1 in every 4 plates here is a vanity plate. Fun to read while sitting in traffic. Many are very clever such as L8AGN, 2CL4U, 2FST4U, K9LVR, UNDRTKR ( it was a hearse!)Many with dog or sports references. I have had several myself,my favorite was on my SubARU Outback which was KNGARU. I thought I was so clever when I came up with that one! My current one is NH-USA.

my license plate is an EMS place with the number 79 on it. 79 is the radio code of DOA. But, I guess one would have to be a medic to know that.

Radio codes vary a lot from place to place too; one place I worked a 16 was a DOA, another it was a Code 1. On one run that I wasn't on, a man pulled a knife in the back of our medic (a Code 40A). Our chief, who tended to mumble a little, was driving and tried to call it in very quietly on the radio. He called a Code 40A in the back of the truck, but the dispatcher thought they heard Code 48 (rape). By the time they got to the hospital, half the police, fire, and EMS units in the county were wondering who was getting raped in the back of our truck. Minor communication problem...
