I feel like people are watching me through bushes...
I feel like they can see me right now through the lens on my laptop...
I am worried that what I told my psychiatrist got leaked to the wrong person or people or group, and I dont know what to do..
I think if I called the police they would be on their side, or they would think I am just crazy.
I dont know what I should do.

I am a tad manic so I want to blame this on mania but on the other hand I think I am just more aware...

Earlier tonight, my step mother called... she seemed to be sort of different her way of talking to me was suspicious.
I am not sure what to think.

It means it is time to up your antipsychotic for the time being or get off your antidepressant! Same thing happens to me sometimes!
Thanks for this!

I'm afraid its not the world. Its how you are perceiving it now. Time to call the pdoc. Feel better!!

I'm so sorry you are feeling this way. My sister went thru a very (almost exact) psychotic break as yours sounds like. Please please please go see your pdoc asap. Once your meds are adjusted things will calm down and your knowledge vs fears will take over this. Take care of yourself and get the help you need fast, before things get worse for you. My sister didn't even need to go stay in the hospital, thru therapy and meds after a month she still has the thoughts but can rationalize them as just what they are and she chooses to ignore them.
Thanks for this!

thank you guys for the input.
I made an appointment for Monday.
I just saw my doc the other day and told him this stuff and he was more concerned to know if I am showering (yes) and able to go to work (yes). He looked over my meds, added Klonopin, and adjusted up the dose of Lamictal and Prozac. I asked him about Seroquel but he said not yet.

But I think maybe he should look again.
