I have an appointment coming up with my pdoc. I don't know if it's medicine related (Seroquel and Lithium) but my legs fall asleep much quicker than before. Just sitting in a chair for awhile can cause it.
Anyone else have this experience? |

No, but I do know to increase blood flow you can point and flex your feet several times every so often.
Good luck! |

How's your blood pressure? When mine is even lower than the usual low, my legs fall asleep easy when bent, sometimes it's just a dull heavy ache... Increasing circulation helps. Check with your pdoc tho.
