I've been buzzing all day, and am feeling myself really start to slip into mania/hypomania.
Google led me to this article, which really helped me, and thought it might help some of you too: 5 Ways to Gain Control During a Manic Episode | Thrive With Bipolar Disorder ------------ What have you noticed triggers your mania? What actions do you take that make it worse? |

I'm ramping up too, have been for a few days now. I'm still sleeping a normal amount of hours and am not trying to rearrange the sock drawer at 2 AM, but I definitely feel......what is that.....pre-hypomanic? The meds are tamping it down, thank goodness, but I am REALLY scattered and couldn't even make a blog entry that made any real sense even to me. Weird. I have NO idea where this is coming from. Maybe it'll go away on its own.....it did last year around this time. Who knows?
