So, ya'll maybe know I have difficulty with reading big long things. So articles are generally not my friend. But here on PC I found this newsletter and it seems the author has bipolar and uses humor and comics! I'm a huge advocator that humor and healing (both mentally and physically) go hand in hand. I used to also do a web comic about diabetes because of that.

Anyway, here's the link to one of them. Easy to read, good for a laugh. Yet also wise.

Thats great thanks for the link. I agree humor is sometimes the best thing. If someone says something super funny it can at least help when in a deep depression.
