I'm not sure if I should have flagged this as triggering, but better safe than sorry, no?

So, for the last couple of days, I've been having these really weird dreams. In these dreams I'm either going through a hypo episode, a depressive episode, or a panic attack. This hasn't happened to me before.

I don't care so much that I'm dreaming about being hypo/depressed... its the panic attacks that I really am not enjoying invading my dreams. They feel so real, I feel like I might actually be having one while I sleep.

So, I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else before, and if anyone knows how these dreams (especially the panic attacks) may be gotten rid of.

Thanks.

I have dreams where I am hallucinating/having an episode, and the people in my dreams are aware of this and will "play along" with me and pretend to see what I see.

Have you changed meds recently? I have found that some meds or changing meds makes me dream really vividly.

DrSkipper, it is good to know I'm not alone in this.

Blackpup, I've been on the same meds for two years :/

But thanks to both of you.

Hi eloquent, To me, I would think you're just processing stuff. Like processing stuff you know about consciously but just your mind needs to work it out a bit more while your body is fully relaxed and asleep.

But you might want to post this in the dream forum here on pc, because there are some crazy good dream analyzers over there.
