I was on a religious welsite. I thought it would be safe for me . I got triggered. Because, there was s*t*nic stuff. I"m a ritual abuse survivor. I don't feel safe anywhere.

Medical dx: esophageal atresia, IBS, legally blind, fibromyalgia, OA, asthma, osteonecrosis
meds: Seroquel, Lamictal, Cymbalta and Trazodone

Not so much. I'm feeling so panicky and scared. I'm having trouble concentrating.

Yes, you are safe here Kyangel. I haven't seen any posts about s*t*nic stuff here on the bipolar forum. I'm sorry for your horrible trauma hun. We are here to helpGood for you reaching out for help.

Just to let you know, there is also a forum for survivors of abuse on this site, and I have seen posts from survivors of religious abuse there. You might want to check it out, for help.

H-B is right. It's like pulling a rotten, thorny plant out by the roots......the process is difficult, but once it's done, the hole it leaves begins to fill in and the soil is replenished with good nutrients so that flowers can grow there.

Zyprexa 7.5 mg
