I can't really drink coffee, but treat myself to it sometimes.

I'm now in love with oolong tea.

What kind of chocolate do you love? I love only plain, dark, no filling chocolate, but I love it SO much I will have a piece now, to your health!
Thanks for this!

mmmmm...chocolate.

Earlier this week I fell asleep before I finished my small nightly ration of chocolate chips I eat while reading at bedtime.

Caffeine and reading at bedtime, surely you jest.

What a melty mess. But I will likey do it again. I rarely make the same mistakes twice, but when it comes to chocolate, well...

And I can't get the stain out of my sheet anyway-so why not, right?

right. if you keep at it, you will have a polka dot sheet. very bipolar!

caffeine in chocolate chips? in minimal amounts. if you were drinking Monster and falling asleep with a bottle in your hand, that would make me wonder, but not the little chips, no

"melty mess" - very nice. But something in me wonders if with all this word play you are not perhaps a bit hypomanic. What do you think yourself?

Well it is 215 am and I can't shut my mouth, but its a damn sight better than I was this afternoon, So I will take it. When it comes on I fly back and forth so fast I don't have enough time to get into any real trouble. I'll be somewhere else in the morning-then level off for a while. Been disgustingly stable for up to a year at a time. Thank you for asking me to take a quick check of myself though. That is always genuinely, wholeheartedly appreciated.

I laughed at the buy choco colored sheets, but the bipolar polka dots wins.
Thanks for this!

Well if in the corporate world there have long been webinars, why cannot bp people have their little webisodes? I see no reasons why not. Thanks for the coinage.

Posting at the movies? I'll take that as a thumbs down review. Which movie, so I can avoid it?

On topic? Wondering if I should drink less coffee, but I've wondered that before. I always reach the same conclusion

My therapist has suggested stop way back in the beginning. My psychiatrist says she can't imagine not having coffee in her life. She has more letters after her name than the therapist, so I assume that she is intellectually superior... because it is convenient. Nah, they're both fantastic, intuitive people. I'm lucky to have them

Right-on topic. Not wondering on the coffee thing anymore. I have convinced myself

You are lucky. Having a good doctor team is great. I finally have a good p-doc but I have never found a good T. Stopped looking. Allow yours their difference in opinions.

Coffee seems to be the only thing they have widely differing opinions on. They are in the same office. The T has called the pdoc in a couple of times when I have needed it.

I once asked my p-doc which meds she took in a half joking manner. She rattled off three things without any hesitation.

I know how lucky I am to have the team that I do and to have had the right dx and meds. I know I am in the extreme minority. I don't take any of it for granted, ever.
