I cant eat, or stop crying. I've spent most of today, curled up in bed. I dont even care what happens to me.

Medical dx: esophageal atresia, IBS, legally blind, fibromyalgia, OA, asthma, osteonecrosis
meds: Seroquel, Lamictal, Cymbalta and Trazodone

It sounds like you're going through a really rough time. Would it be possible for you to contact a therapist?

Maybe you could call a crisis line and talk to someone about what's going on?

I hope you can feel better soon. The less you sleep the less depressed you will be. Maybe there is some sun outside just waiting to shine all over your face but it can't since you won't go out to see. :-)

Your signature mentions friends. Is there someone you could call? Especially now that the work day is over? I've been in your shoes lots, I know it's hard to stop the downward spiral. But it will peter out.

I can definately relate to what your going thru crying, curled up in bed ect... Been there too many times.

I know it's hard but can you try to get up and do something...even a short walk? If I can make it out of the bed this is what I try to do and it does make me feel better.

So sorry your feeling so bad today. Let us know how your doing

you cannot eat - can you drink? can you make some tea? you should at all costs avoid getting dehydrated now that you are already in a bad shape - it would cloud your judgment further. please drink some liquids. it is easier than eating foods.

Dear one, please reach out to somebody! We don't want you to be so miserable! Contact your therapist, friends, family, etc.

I know it's hard, but definitely TRY to get out of bed and do some fun things--watch a TV show you like, get a snack you enjoy, take a warm bath, find a book that's fun to read, etc.

And please keep in touch with us here!

some days getting out of bed seems impossible but keep trying - like others have said try to get something to drink and maybe go outside if its a nice day.... sending you lots of and hope that tomorrow is a better day.
