I keep a few journals.
1 on my computer 1 in my emails 1 mood diary 1 journal I don't write in them all the time... bar the mood diary as that one goes to my Psychiatrist. I think its a good thing as you will be able to see where you were and how far you have came. I have kept all my journals since I was a teenager. I have been told it may not be helpful to look back on them but I still have them anyways |

My old counsellor told me to write in a journal that way I can not go back and change any of the words etc. It is helpful in that way! |
