Ive had lots of this this last week. It feels like sharp stabbing pain under my left breast. It comes and goes.

I get it a lot too. I take klonopin. But truthfully I usually ride it out.

I had this a lot a few months back, My GP prescribed me spray that I had to spray under my tongue, Hope you feel better soon

The physical manifestations of anxiety are usually the worst part for me.

I usually get a super heavy chest and my airways like to close up. Panic and fear are disgusting feelings. I'm right there with you!

I get it when I do not sleep enough; it is awful.

Thanks everybody. I think it's the kids gone, interview and "him". Interview is in an hour. Hair is finishing drying by air. I bought clips to put in. Then I'm having a visit with "his" daughter. Mixed feelings. I like her. But she is mixed into the other.

(((Moose))) hope you're ok and chest pain is going away. The chest pain thing worries me, like oh **** go to the ER! But others are saying they get it and it sounds like it must be a normal horrible physical manifestation of anxiety.

Interview was good I think. We'll see. Everything is so much more complicated these days.

This sounds weird but mine are just exactly like a heart attack. I have had them occasionally for years. No physical reason for them as I have had a heart cath and every test known to man. They only respond to drinking water. My pdoc says that sometimes doing something different can break the symptoms of an anxiety attack.
The Alprazolam and Clonazepan don't seem to work and if the water doesn't either I am bound for the ER.
