i'm going to email samaritans. and i'm really anxious about it

what if they don't respond or i get someone not nice on the other end

but i'm trying not to back down.. this is very hard for me though

Hi. being from US am not familiar with Samaritians.
Do they help with therapy, a pdoc, getting housing, ect.?

I have used them before they are great !!!
Don't worry, they are not judgemental . Although, i must say that they defiantly cannot replace a T I would still recommend using professionals for treatment but they are a good resource to use in-between sessions.

Abuse happens everyday and every moment of the day and still people walk around like nothings happened. But I ask does that make the normal insane and insane normal ? Are they the one's that need the help? The so called sane are the ones that don't except the real world

they are like a listening ear helpline.

so if you need someone to talk to about anything, then you write to them.

someone eventually talked me in to writing them- so we'll see!

wrote a little message earlier to test the waters and will write more later.
