i'm going to email samaritans. and i'm really anxious about it
what if they don't respond or i get someone not nice on the other end but i'm trying not to back down.. this is very hard for me though |

Hi. being from US am not familiar with Samaritians.
Do they help with therapy, a pdoc, getting housing, ect.? |

I have used them before they are great !!!
Don't worry, they are not judgemental . Although, i must say that they defiantly cannot replace a T I would still recommend using professionals for treatment but they are a good resource to use in-between sessions.
