Again, appreciate if people answer once again. Please answer from the standpoint of what is customary for you 80% of the time, if possible.

I sleep pretty well thanks to the seroquel. However without the seroquel I may only sleep a few hours per night.

It varies so much. I once had a doctor who was very interested in my sleep pattern and seems utterly confused because I can go with anywhere from 0 to 14 hrs per night in any normal week.

On average I sleep 7 hours but if I'm not well then that varies, but my normal number is 7.

Ideally, I would sleep for 7 - 9 hours a night, but it doesn't always work out that way for me.

I sleep from midnight until 9:00 am. I take an hour nap most days and some times 2 hours. I go to bed around 12:00 then get up at 4:30 w/ my H. Get up again at 7:00 to get a child off to school and up again at 9:00 when my littlest one gets up. So I don't know how to count that. After 4:30 it is very broken sleep. It is at nap time to. But I am so mentally drained that I need a break or a nap.
