here on amazon, but also available at Bed, Bath and Beyond

I use the hearbeat setting and it helps me fall asleep. Very pleasant, cheap and nice.

I am glad! Try other sounds, too. There is bird chirping (but I get it naturally from outside), the ocean sound, and others.
