IZ, thank you for that, yes makes perfect sense. I get frustrated easily with myself. No you are right it isn't giving in. It's being able to adapt to my needs at the moment. I hear you on that.

I did take some zopilclone last night and slept a full night. Feel a little better a little slower. I think it was a good choice, they zyprexa I am glad i didn't take, because the zopilcone alone has my hands trembeling a bit and feeling pretty foggy, might have been a bit overkill for me as zyprexa tends to knock me down 1000 pegs in mental capacity.

thanks for this! I hope you are starting to feel a bit better IZ, hope you are finding your own niche in your new town. I hope really that you can find somethings to enjoy there.

Glad you managed to sleep and slow down a bit. Sorry I'm not in a helpfull space right now, kind of in the twilight zone, neither here nor there, yet still sort of trapped. Please know that I'm thinking of you and that I wish you well my dear friend

Hey now you! I've got the copyright on that book!

"Adapt"! That's the perfect word!
I'm so glad you got a solid night of sleep and hoping you can continue to glide you back into a more comfortable orbit.

(Eh, bleh, I really just can't see the town thing happening. But today brought a couple of interesting turns. Neither of which would bring me any closer to the town, which is probably why I deem them "interesting". Lol.)
