Feeling of uncomfortable energy.
Irrational Guilt
Can't stop moving.
can't concentrate
Easily angered
can't sleep
Feel depressed.
All at the same time.
I'm literally freaking out.

Only a professional can diagnose BP properly, and I'm not sure you have all the symptoms listed there. BP is very complex and there's no clear diagnosis at times.
Regardless, it sounds like you are having a tough time - sorry xx

there are so many things that can mirror bp! ADD and Borderline Personality Disorder are just two of them at the top of my head. also, my pdoc tells me how important sleep is. He says that lack of sleep can actually cause suicidal behavior in otherwise healthy teenagers, in a study that was done. So you can never really tell by yourself.

I wouldn't wish this life on my worst enemy, so I'm rootin for ya to not have it!
