only your mind, dm, can conceive of a notion of "follow up sleep"

sweet dreams and high quality orgasms to you, but separately

hehe....yeah cool!

it's always weird to me I never use the "lol"...even though I might just do that!

I would prefer to use a QG

quiet giggle...

I expect thats even overdone as most people I know which is none (the ones I look at anyway)....can laugh with just their eyes.

thats the best I reckon...

so maybe a EG

eyeball grin

Not only did I fall asleep but also he could not wake me up by touching me and turning the light on - he tried! I slept that soundly.

But not enough - I am tired now and I need to go to work where Friday is my busiest day.

So Amitriptyline still has its place.

DM, I take low to medium doses. I take a tiny dose of Amitriptyline (lowest possible), a tiny dose of Prozac (lowest possible), a medium dose of Lithium, a medium dose of Geodon, a bit of medicinal marijuana, and soon will take a low dose of Topamax.

So I no longer take high doses of drugs, and that's the key thing.

I have read before that orgasms make females more alert, and males more sleepy. True in my case.

The sleep, no I dont feel squeeezing aroundnthe heart. Or anxious, I just feel normal, maybe a bit of brain fog if its been really bad for a few days. I do get a faint feeling, an feels like my heart is beating faster. People sleep for 8-9 hours??! Kidding, but I get about 4 hours or so a night if I am lucky.

I go for days on end w/ out sleep. It starts to really wear my nerves down and I feel like I am going to lose it and self harm. When it gets to this pt even orgasm cant slow my head down and let me sleep. I usually take a half a xanax at night and unless I am having a really stressful time of it, that allows me to sleep but I dont have any now (going to start a new thread to explain why- very frustrated!) So Idk if I will be able to sleep tonight at all. Going to try marijuana just b4 I lie down, praying that works.

I've been going on 38 days, oh 39 now, of an average of 1-3 hours of sleep a night. Yep, manic. I don't know how I'm even functional right now, but I still manage to get up, get ready and work just like any other day. I've tried everything but rec drugs or booze (sober here - other than BP meds) and I'm still not getting relief. Orgasms?? Wish I could!

Are you unorgasmic due to BP meds? I was, for three and a half years.

Partially, throw in a little PTSD and it makes things...challenging.
