I know other people have his problem but the question is how to deal with it. I at about 3:30 central time had this awesome time feeling great after coming out of a time of feeling nothing dull and out of it and now I'm back crawling back into the hole that I came out of? I do this often and can't figure out why or how to stop it I there is a way. Any advice?

It does sound like rapid cycling. My doc - especially my pdoc- are both trying to help me with that.
If you are on a mood stabilizer, my doc in the past has cited it a good time to make sure sure we are using the best one for me. I hope you feel better soon... I am so sorry about the black hole.

Yeah he knows I'm a rapid cycles I just saw him last week actually. The meds are helping its not as bad as usual just disappointing.

Please go to http://DoctorYourself.com and look down the left-hand column to an
article called "caffeine allergy", Clinte. Ms. Ruth Whalen is the writer; she knows what she's talking about in people who are sensitive to caffeine. I've noticed that you recommended a couple of people keep a cup of coffee beside them during a moment of stress. It alerted me that you might be one who is sensitive to caffeine. If you are, you need to stop using it. Reading Ms. Whalen's article can convince you far more readily than I can if you do have a sensitivity to caffeine---the symptoms you describe indicate that perhaps you might. I hope it isn't that because it's much easier to adjust the meds than to stop a favorite beverage! Good wishes to you in your search for feeling better, Clinte. Genetic |

i almost bought a house in florida once, lol...
then my cousin also bp did actually buy a house in florida, told me after she bought it, ended up short selling. we pretty much share money, so that sucked... |

Dang well it's nice where I'm at small military town not to small though. The surf is ok during the winter it kicks off so that's gonna be a fun season again. I like Florida but I visited Maryland once and fell in love.
