Okay, what a way to start! I got my work badge yesterday, and I am ready to go. I'll be getting ready and leaving for work in an hour. Meanwhile, I had my pdoc appt. yesterday afternoon. Because I was recently so depressed and some of the emotions are lingering, my pdoc wants me to keep in phone contact with her as I begin this new job. She wants me to call her within the next two weeks with a progress report. She also wants me to go back to seeing my t weekly, but that can't happen with a new job.
This is not making me feel very confident as I begin. On top of that, I cried at my son's t appt. yesterday because she questioned my lack of discipline with another of my children. This morning, my daughter accused me of acting crazy since I got this new job. I am hoping that I can put all of this behind me as I begin today. I'll give you a progress report later. I am completely worn out, but it was a good day. I won't work officially work with my new class until Friday; however, I met half of them today and the other half I'll meet on Thursday. (no school tomorrow) I have so much to catch up on! No tears, and so far, so good.
