I just spoke with that office they want me to start Friday!!!!! I am so excited....
On the other hand I am VERY VERY worried about my son, I think he might be manic. He called here last night saying weird weird stuff!!! He called me an alcoholic and I am not and never have been a heavy drinker, yes when I first got back to town 2 years ago I would go out on the weekends but that was maybe for month as I started college as soon as I realized nobody was going to pay me what I was worth, demanded me to hand custody over to his father because he wants out of shelter and NOW. I tried to talk to the shelter workers but they are no help I don't know what to do about this.

Can you afford a lawyer? You may need help in regard to your son.
Are you able to control him when he is living with you?
A lawyer could help you in so many ways in this.

Take care.

Yep we all have lawyers he is in trouble, can I control him? Yes and no... Can you really control anyone if they don't want to be? He would rather be in shelter then here because he got probation for stealing my car and his friend wrecking it so ya he has consequences but for some reason the shelter can't even control him, he is headed for a life of juvy. He likes to fight and is very headstrong, thinks if he is stubborn he will get his way and I am terrible because he got probation and a misdemeanor instead of a felony. He's newly diagnosed long story. He's my son and I love him no matter what honestly... It's scary at times but I have to support him the only way I know how.

I'm so happy for you, mmd!
I hope that today is a good day for your son, and that you can focus on starting your new job. My son is younger, but we are constantly trying to stay one step ahead of him because he is diagnosed, medicated, and explosive. You are right, they are our children, and we love them, doing the best we can to make their lives more peaceful.
