Ok so my abilify has been upped to 10mg for almost a week. Im teetering between depression and feeling ok. I dont want to do anything but then i do! I wanna curl up and make the world go away then i dont! What a state of mind to be in! Ugg!

Hang in there, darlin'!

I believe it takes some time after increasing the dosage, so hopefully this feeling will be short-lived.

Try some music- pick something that normally makes you feel up or good. The nice thing about music is you don't have to do anything with music unless you want to...so just listen...or dance! Teetering

I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I agree music is very powerful and can make you feel really good. I hope you get feeling better soon. It sounds like its at least helping some.

I take 15 mg I used to take 30 when I was manic and unstable
