I had this thread on the ED forum a few months ago; let me tell you, it did NOT pick up over there. Not the right audience, no! So let me try here instead, hoping for more luck!

My favorite foods are:

  1. Maple cream-top whole milk yogurt - better than sex (as if I were entitled to voice an opinion on this comparison)
  2. FinnCrisp crackers, from Finland
  3. German whole rye bread, toasted, from Germany
  4. Nonfat or lowfat kefir, plain
  5. Gravenstein apples - our local California apples available for a very short season in Aug-Sept - not even sure if you get them in other parts of the country

Haha the only thing one your list I can have is the apples, but apples give me heartburn, true story.

The maple cream on top the yogurt sounds really yummy, and I used to love rye bread, was my fav.

Now it's kinda just veggies, peepers, olives, tomatoes, yummmy especially with spinach. The gluten free, dairy free sweets are kinda non appealing to me at all.

Wow! The first person to respond is the one most limited in her food choices!

pretty much enough sugar to give someone a seizure or coma. It was cute, one time I was reading an american lady's blog, and she was trying to figure out how to make a butter tart, but with way way less sugar , haha.

FOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to find a picture of maple cream on yogurt just so I could drool, but I couldn't find one.

The brands of maple yogurt that I buy are Brown Cow and Open Nature. I do not even know whether those are national brands. Maybe not.

I'm VERY depressive right now and all food is great to me right now! I dont care if it filet mignon or froot loops!! My jeans are already getting hard to button :-(

But my two favorite foods are cheese cake and donuts

My favorite good-for-me foods are a good salad with a huge variety of items and apples-well all fruit but apples are so versatile!

Love smoothies... I have at least one every day.

Almond milk, banana, raw protein powder, raw cacao powder (sometimes cacao nibs) pineapple, some sort of greens (baby kale is great so is baby spinach) spin it all up in the blender and yum yum!

I am trying to eat a raw vegan diet so that I can lose weight. It is hard to give up the Starbucks salted caramel mochas, though...

Before my raw vegan days, I was into breakfast foods, like pancakes and waffles. A Belgian waffle on a Sunday morning was a perfect treat.
