Anika,
I think Confused may be right. If your skin is crawling and your not having an allergic reaction then you know what it is. You know where this is leading. Just be careful please, be safe. Even if you temporarily need to take something, you can take something like prn like haldol or thorzine, or something that can get you back on track quickly thats not hard to just drop as soon as you feel better. I know you dont want meds. I dont want you to have to have them, Im proud of you for getting off of them. If you need them though, you need them and there is no shame in that. You do have a lot going on I think I remember you saying you were getting ready to start back to work soon? Am I right? That is a huge stressor and could be throwing you off and messing up your sleep subconsciously. You might just need a little pick me up from the doc for a few days. You are a smart girl, and you know your body better than anyone. Being disconnected is not okay. Have you tried Abilify before? It pulled me out of a major funk and its not one of those meds when you miss one you can feel it. So I dont imagine it would be hard to come off of.
