So today, I'm a bit more calm than I was a couple of days ago. Have had a rough couple of days though. There's a drama saga in my family called "as the stomach turns". I've done well to stay as far away from it as possible, but the last two days, I've learned some information that makes me angry. I'm dealing with it calmly and trying to keep my mouth shut. Just trying to stay out of it. It hurts to see my family hurting and knowing that I can't "fix" it.

I'm adjusting well to the new dose in my Geodon and only have 2 days left of the partial program. I got a call that my short term disability got approved, but I didn't get a paycheck yesterday, so we're short on cash. I'm trying to stay positive about things, but I still want to be numb so I don't have to feel. I'm sure that will get better as I begin to accept that I have bi-polar. Just trying to get it out in the open. Thanks for all of your support. It's nice to be able to vent on here and not feel like I'm being judged.

Well glad your doig better and less agitated. Sometimes you have to stay away from family sometimes. You have to protect yourself after all. Stay well

I missed any earlier posts, so I am not sure how it was for you before, but I am glad you are feeling more positive. I don't know anything about geodon. If it is helping you, keep with it. One day at a time.....
