I was worried about the lithium too, but they start you low and work up. If it agrees with you, it can make you feel pretty good, and probably finally get some relief from depression. Sorry the lunesta is expensive - I've used ambien for years with success, $10 a bottle with my insurance - but it's pooping out on me. I go to my pdoc tomorrow will be discussing sleep issues. Your pdoc sounds great, spending a lot of time with you that's fabulous. Thanks for the update.

I never thought lithium would help with depression I've just had the impression that it would dull me out or something and that is the last thing i want. Thanks for saying that. Good luck tomorrow with your appt. Yes, my APRN is great, very supportive and caring.
