this is really me, I finished 39th out of 500. My 10k time was 49 min. thats 6.2 miles.... I used to be good and fast. but now... ha! I can't even run a mile. |

At first I thought you meant racing mind (due to the title.) Then as the picture loaded I thought you meant car racing... >.> Then, when I saw you running I thought you were running to your car... I'm really on a roll here today!
![]() Maybe if you keep this picture where you can see it, you will feel motivated to get back to that place where you can run. It will help with your depression. Everyone gets out of shape, it's normal. But, you can get it back if you work at it.
