Daughter had an episode- ended up screaming GET AWAY FROM ME U FU NG B CH! I almost called 911 on her. Her in-home therapist comes tomo and the reason she got made was I wanted her to do her chores so the house looks good when this woman comes! This woman who would not be coming if my daughter had not done what she did.

I can only imagine what it must be like for you. My thoughts are with you and your family. Hopefully your daughter will start to even out in her moods soon.

(((MommaR))) Please don't stress about how the house looks, it will be ok. You and daughter both need low stress. I've had so many of these people come to my house, and looking back I can see how stressed out I would get before hand. And then that spreads to the whole family feels it too.

My son once screamed at the cps lady... "Get away from me you fat old b****"
Another time he locked himself in his room, many other times he broke things right in front of them.

Our situations are not the same, but I so feel for you, wish I could help. Just try to keep things calm, don't worry about material messes right now. Let your daughter be the focus, not the house mess, not the therapist. And taking care of you too. Hope hubby is giving you lots of hugs.

The visit went well. She just met w/ hubby n me today. She gave us a lock box for meds, knives, lighters, etc and is bringing another one next week bc we had too much junk to fit in the one. She is also buying locks for the garage (where my daughter was draining the gas from the lawnmower) and having alarms installed on all my doors in case she tries to run away again. She seems very caring and non judgemental. I think she will be a good fit for our family.

Good news I'm so glad she sounds helpful and non-judgmental!!! That is amazing amount of support they are giving you! Interesting how each state of our country handles things so differently. Yours sounds really more helpful and proactive than Cali. Anyway, glad the first visit was a success. Keep us posted
