I take medications 4 times a day. Levoxyl first thing in the morning, Prozac one hour after Levoxyl, Geodon with dinner and Lithium and Amitriptyline at bedtime. I will be flying to Europe for two weeks. How and when do I switch the schedule of meds?

First thing is talk to your pdoc/doc. about the transition. It should be something that you are prepared for!
