I was sitting and thinking about "courage" and "hope". I think anyone who seeks help has has both. Anyone that has been misdiagnosed and sought another opinion----has both.

It's not easy getting past stigma----not letting stigma make us not get needed help. I go to support groups because they help me. I won't let shame, miseducation and stigma keep me from continuing my treatment plan (talk therapy, med management, support groups & WRAP).
