I wanted to post this here because this is where I normally post. I have my hysterectomy tomorrow and I am really nervous. I could use some good thoughts and well wishes sent my way.

Surgery tomorrow, need good thoughts

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

Best of luck from one who's been there! Make sure you don't over do it too soon after. Be kind to yourself.

My mom and all my aunts and my mother-in-law all had hysterectomy done and they all had normal and happy lives after it was done. It's all going to be okay and I am sending you healthy healing thoughts for your surgery.

Good Luck !! I had mine done in 2001... Best advice my doctor gave me was ... Get up and walking as soon as possible, and don't hunch over .. stand straight. I was up walking the halls 8 hours after surgery..

Hoping you have a speedy recovery
