I am wondering if anyone can suggest a good online mood chart and one that I can print and fill out. I would prefer to print one out and fill it in that way.

I know that there are probably plenty of threads that give this information, but to be honest I just don't have the energy to search.

Please help!

Mood tracker .com has a free one, its not the prettiest, but it's pretty functional and covers the basic bases. Hope that helps!

Optimism Online is a great one and very customizable to your own needs. I actually use both Mood Tracker and Optimism Online. They have slightly different features, they're both free, and both quite easy and quick to use.

I second optimism online. You can really customize it and print really nice charts and graphs
