Be sure you spend at least six hrs in bed resting-1computer, TV etc off, even if you can't sleep. Eat at least two decent meals a day. Get out and go somewhere, walk, get some exercise every day for fresh air. Every hr DO SOMETHING that's piling up. Wash ONE dish. Make ONE phone call. Just DO it.
Can you make yourself do this? I can force this much out our me, 4 out of 7 days on my worst week ... and when that slips to 3 of 7 I go to pdoc and say, "Danger, Will Robinson." So far he hasn't had to hospitalize me, but he's had to fix me with major med changes or something. Don't wait too long to get help. Roadie ![]() |

Hey Clint
![]() I agree with what Roadie... I know ECT helped you A LOT ! Maybe you need to go back for some more treatments ?... Go back to the posts you had when you had gone thru the ECT and were feeling so much better, read them ! Call your Pdoc tommorrow! Stay safe and KNOW that things can, will and always get better ![]()

Ruh-roh Roadie - you probably don't mean stay in bed for 6 hours on top of sleeping for for 8, right? I may have read that wrong the first time thru !!

Do you care that you don't care? If not, why are you writing this. You clearly care on some level so, start there. You're not as bad off as you think.
Besides why does it matter if you "care"? You're using emotional reasoning, no? |

we are professional emotion handlers! We are like the garbage men of emotions. We learn what to do and how to act when we feel certain ways. We learn to use tools like anger when we are depressed and we can change our perspectives on the fly.
We are great this way, don't ever forget that! |
