I've been noticing this and am finding it interesting. But I seem to have my worst "mood" or feeling like I'm racing or depressed starting right around 2:00 through 6:00 p.m. (unless there are other triggers happening,) and it starts to subside and then is better by 11:00 p.m. (when I ususally go to bed.) In the morning it's less as well.

Has anyone else noticed this?

Before, long ago, when I thought I was all powerful, I used to tell people that it was the "tides." Like there was an energy I can feel that was like the ocean tides and I could feel them getting more or less. I realize now it's the bipolar. Like I would think it was "high tide" when I was having sever racing thoughts, etc. And low tide was when I was depressed. I thought it effected everyone the same at that time.

my depression is always worse in the morning too (from like 9 in the morning, until about 3 or 4 pm)

and then in the evenings... from about 6 p.m, for the rest of the night, that's when the other psymptoms come out at their fullest

Mine seems to be the opposite... Hypomania in the morning and depression in the evening

when i get depressed, it lasts for a while. when i get hypo, same thing. other than that, i am so full of uncontrolled emotions, but i can't say it's real depression or hypo, just mixed up emotions that can totally ruin everything. but it's not the full blown and true depression episodes. I am not sure that I follow.

Did you ever check the tide charts? I think that one may be debunked because they change with the moon phases, so not the same time every day.

Maybe it's just the time of day that the stress builds the most for you, or when you get anxious to get home to your kids?

I don't mean actual tides, I mean that it behaves like a tide. And I already know it's debunked because it's me having cycles and not really super human magic like I was thinking back then.

(((DH))) You're not debunked just the link with the tides idea which I misunderstood. We have cycles, that's science. And you are magic no matter who tries to knock you down, you will still be magic. It doesn't really cure anything or make things make sense, but you are magic. You may not be all-powerful, but your energy vibration is much stronger than "regular" people.

My depression and panic is absolute worst when I wake up. It's debilitating. I get manic in the afternoon.
