At my appointment last week, pdoc told me she just got back from a big pharma conference. She said she was expecting and hoping to come back from it with some new miracle med info.
But nope, they are now saying that regulating sleep and regular exercise and therapy are equal in importance to meds in treating bp! This is progress guys! They can't just keep pushing all these meds that don't work for so many of us, they are finally facing the facts. |

I really hope so Blue, at least a step in the right direction, I hope they continue to walk or run down that path. Thanks for sharing that.

Thanks for sharing this info. But it's been pretty obvious for a while that those things help. But at least they recognize it now.

It's great to hear that big pharma is shoving backing off on shoving pills down our throats.
![]() However, for the more cynical minded of us, one can believe that big pharma is dying off simply due to the expiration of patents and lack of innovating new drugs to cash in on. |
