So, I downloaded this app on my iPad and it asked me to sinc it with twitter. Dunno what I was thinking but I did... Now I can see my pic here every time I post. I want my anonymity back!!! Lol! But I have no idea how to do it. Any clues?

Thanks! I have to say, technology dislikes me lol I even get virus on macs lol I'm telling y'all technology n me were not meant to be but oh how I love it lol

When you say you see your pic here every time you post, do you mean the image isn't the avatar you set up in your PC file--it's your Twitter photo?

If that's the case, I'd check with the Application Developer for an Undo. If they don't provide one, you'll have to delete the photo from your Twitter acct, delete the Twitter acct, then delete the App from your iPad--& in that order. Things live on in the Internet, which is why deleting the Twitter acct is--while not mandatory--insurance of a sort.

Your intuition told you that syncing is dangerous, and it is. Express sign-in using your Twitter or FaceBook login can cause headaches too.

while technology is a daily part of our lives, i suck at it.

i've gone through 3 computers, about 5 sterrios, 2 tvs, because i really suck at that kind of stuff

i'm glad i don't work for microsoft

Yes the picture was sync with twitter, I just looked up the pic on the app and I changed it. Should have trusted my intuition!

I lost count of cell phones and computers are around 8. Even my work computer had to be replaced! Lol no good!

Doc John answered your question on the general/technical forum. He said all you have to do is go to your twitter account and disallow the access with this site.
