if I don't get what I want and it let my hopes up my mood is ruined. All I wanna do is cuss and be violent(not on other people) but I hate it. I understand this could be a symptom of my add, bi-polar, and ocd. but which is most likely. and which meds will help with this? risperdal? thanks!

Not sure what meds will help. But, my husband has ADD and when his plans fall through he gets very upset very quickly. He has that ADD symptom of "I have to do what i'm planning right now, no waiting!" I don't know what that's called. So maybe something like that?

Therapy, self help books, etc. are best bet IMHO Sam, but maybe klonopin or Xanax to help u thru the initial hard work. Risperdal is 'supposed' to help with that, but it didn't seem to help my son much and he's growing a small left breast from it now. :/
