Happy New Years to everyone! I just noticed it on Saturday but the depression phase seems to have finally let me go. No manic episode yet, though I felt a strong sense of anger yesterday and wanting to explode. But it all seems to have leveled out. Maybe the Seroquel finally started working? Still waiting for a call back from the Pdoc regarding my next appointment but I'm going to enjoy this while it lasts. Much love and friendly thoughts to you all and may you find your calm. ^.^

Jim
