...wanted to stay on it didn't want to fall off it what a misfortunate accident did I need to think too much to know what I meant ever and thats why I crashed?

things just get too damn familiar after a while and the FUN gets lost in the whole experience.

it's all about..

what's wrong NOW?
what's gonna go wrong NOW?
why can't I get my **** together NOW?
why do I want to escape so bad NOW?

...can I get this suicidal thinking to leave me alone?

I agree we are not meant to stay on one end to long. I hope your taking care of yourself James. Dont try to cycle to fast. I know its impossible but try your best to slow down buddy.

Jamesy, its sucks when we fall off, and even worse when we get a puncture and need to figure out how to fix the damn wheel while not getting hit by the oncoming traffic bcoz the damn bicycle just refuses to breakdown on a safe spot! I hope you can get back on and move to a safer area, rapid cycles suck, but atleast there's no fear of permanence... Thinking of you ole buddy, love you stax
