today will be different than yesterday. I have the day off again... but this day I will be productive and get chores done and actually do more than sit here and have a crisis....
today I won't fake it... I will just notice what is and move on. accept it for what it is and if it makes me cry then it will. if it makes me mad then that's okay too. I will simply let it be what it is and keep reminding myself that it is something that happens TO me... that it is not me and I will not hyperfocus on it! mindfulness. |

thanks... but i'm not going for good. I know that's a lot to ask for right now. I'm just going for honest and true. I'm going for a dissasociation with these nightmarish emotions. I am going for getting focus and perspective on me, outside of my emotions and to let them run their course without destroying me today, like they normally do. thank you for your thoughts shattered. I'll keep them with me

I have to be successful today! i am all alone for the day and it's these times that I usually go into an emotional crisis. they are sooooooo out of control. I need for mindfulness to work. I NEED something to work. I am desperate so I am giving this my all
