Well I think I have that but I know if I'm thinking about suicide then I'm probably depressed. Just a thought. I do hope you get feeling better.

Yes, this has been very common for me throughout my life. I would have suicidal thoughts for the smallest little things. I still get them off and on, but not as much as I used to. I worked very hard to overcome them, just by learning to self-talk against them. Run things through my head that are reasons I want to be alive. Sometimes those lists are very short depending on where I am on the spectrum.

Suicidal thoughts are a spectrum symptom. Like a fever.

I get suicidal more when I'm manic because I think it'll be "fun".

Wow mm I have thought that way before but I aleays attribute it to depression. But never thought it could be a form o mania.

I think about blowin my head off day in and day out. Just that little demon on my shoulder constantly whispering in my ear whenever I get upset, stressed out, feel bad, agitated, worried about finances, or legal issues. Just that little "voice" in the back of my head that always says, "Ya know, you wouldnt have to deal with any of this anymore if you just put a bullet through your brain..."

And I just brush the thought aside and go on with my day. But it is much harder to brush it off when I'm going through a depressive episode, as the notion sounds perty good right about then.

I do from time to time but, it would just be a passing thought that I decide not to give much to but, when I'm depressed or anxious I will latch on to these thoughts drag them out and make plans.

I get suicidal thoughts every now and then but i tend to get more self mutilating thoughts more. Im not sure if this counts as suicidal thoughts but from a very young age and even to this day i would lay in bed just before falling asleep and day dream about my death and how too others would react to it. Somehow it helps me fall asleep and i know its quite unusual..maybe?? Does anyone else do that? Anyways..i tend to get suicidal more when im depressed but have also had those thoughts while manic and in a rage. I really hope you get to feeling better!

I am not feeling so well ... I am in pain !!!

Baby we all got pain

(its from glee, mercedes singing ,season 3)

you could reduce its severity i think ... thats what i did ...
its like in your thoughts just try to die "less violently" .... so reduce those graphic images ...
you might get more control on your thoughts then, or at least will be less affected i guess
