I am surprised you are not on any AD. Lamictal, fine, but with everything that is going on in your head I would ask for an AD. Also, once on an AD, you would hopefully benefit from the AD-amplifying effect of your Abilify.

I am not familiar with Zoloft dosages, but your dose of Abilify is big enough... should be helping for once.
