I'm sitting in the ER with my girlfriend. Thought she was getting bronchitis so figure they would give her an antibiotic. Instead they think she might have a blood clot in her lung. I don't know what to do. I'm really afraid

 Try your best to distract yourself & gf until you have all the information. I'm so sorry this month has been crappy. Please keep us updated.

So far blood work has all come back ok. She is getting a ct scan now. I'm praying everything comes back normal. I can't handle anymore right now.

Well everything came back good, thank God. Think she may have an infection in the outside of her lung but doc says nothing to worry about, just gave her an antibiotic.

Thanks everyone. When they said pulmonary embolism was a possibility last night I just about lost it. My gf didn't know what they were talking about at first, but I sure did. Even after they explained what it was she was calm and didn't really worry too much. That's why she puts up with me so well though. She is always level headed. I wish I could be more like her.
