Looked it up. Seems they're called essential tremors. But it says topomax is one of the treatments. Weird.

I am on week 3 of increased Lithium and I have a tremor. If it continues make sure you talk to your Pdoc

My hands shake a lot. Causes I've found:
Alcohol Withdrawal, Nervousness, Sleep Deprivation, Extreme Pain, Ejaculation and Extreme Excitement.

Manic, I'm not sure any of those are me. *shrug*. If anything I'm on the sleep too much depressed side. Been romancing Sui tonight. I dunno where these thoughts come from when the other day I was scared of death, then matter of fact about it figuring you wouldn't know....

Maybe that's it. I thought I was getting lots of errands done today and talked on the phone with a friend and laughed. But still those thoughts. The good and the bad fighting for space. Sometimes just memories of the bad times- just flashes. Go away. Stay in bed. Get up! Do something! See your friends. And Monday is freaking jury duty. I hope they kick me out. I really do.

I'm feeling more reclusive emotionally. I keep getting called to dark places and they're comforting. Trying to fight but what with getting over the flu I don't have the energy to do much but lay on the couch with a blanket or watch DVDs. My chest hurts and I'm sure it's fine. Just watching DVDs again. I'm just extroverted really as usual. I'm romantic using Sui and just checking out. Don't know why. Brain skipped a groove I guess.

Ah active at least. I just took Ativan as I think part of this is anxiety. Over what who knows. I just want to calm down so I can sleep.
