I sit here wondering what life has in store for me positive thoughts you know. Good things happy things, things i will accomplish and do and be successful.
Then it hit me depression I cry as I type this what happened? I was doing so good I bragged about being stable about things working out for me things getting better medicine working times changing. Then it hit me. This mood of depression is debilitating, I havent moved much today, not leaving the bed. It hit me Ive been depressed all day and didnt even realize it till it hit me hard just a few moments ago. What the hell is wrong with me, why cant I be manic all the time? Why cant I feel manic for very long why cant I just feel good. That's all I want. This is killing me a little each swing. Im not to the point of hurting myself or having sui thoughts well those are there but not bad. I cant stand these swings. I wish I could be normal for a very long moment. I get two months then hospital 2 months then hospital 2 months hospital. WTF IS going on with me. Rant over Thanks

Good things do come in life, Clint. I know when I was younger I didn't think that was going to happen for me. I thought I was going to be all alone and never have happy times or good things. But, that has not been true. I ended up with a lot of good things so far.
I know it's hard but it takes some time. Good things do come along. It's worth it to fight through the depression.

Thanks folks and I know good things will happen but how can I go from happy planning my life in my head and hit the wall how is that even fair!

You have been doing good. Don't forget that. Maybe today is just a fluke.. I have days like that pretty often up down for no apparent reason. Even non Bipolars have good days and bad. Keep posting, Keep using your coping skills and be safe , please stay safe.
Oh yeah ... What color is your hair? lol

Hang in there man. these things will happen. it's not because of anything that you did or did not do... it's just something that you have to get through the best that you can. use the boards and get it out. that's what I do.

Thanks dan. Its nice socializing i think thats all i need is more socializing although I hate it sometimes. But depression sucks why did I have to swing downward again why cant I get an up swing that will last more than a few days.

I don't know why.. but I know for me it's always a long depression followed by a short lived hypo. it's not so much why, as it is "what are we going to do about it"

I don't know why we all swing at different times and some more and some less. I swing rapidly. Every few days usually, occassionally in one day, depending. Not sure why.

I was eating yay food. Im hungry all the time so i have to remember to stay hungry sometimes that doesnt happen though like today. opps.
