I'll start it off, just for fun! Okay, the first thing we need from you, is to start jogging/running. we need you to get used to thinking with an extremely high heart rate...lol

lmao! I love it! and I'll have almost a whole year to train to take him down! Eyeballs I'm aware of, object a bit weary of, nearly landed me in jail a few years back... but I would love to kick his a.s.s just for not having the decency to show remorse!
Right, jogging you say Dan? I'm very lazy but my tiny body could use some exercise... |

I was just playing around. But if a female needed to protect herself from a man, in my views it's very simple, and someone should say it, so I will.
If a man were to overpower a female, that would make him feel powerful. the last thing a man is going to do when feeling dominant and powerful is have his guard up protecting his chest area. so it's simple. Hit the bastard as hard as you can with whatever part of your body, preferably your elbow or fist, square in the adams apple. the bastard will choke and not be able to continue whatever it is that he was doing. be careful though, this can lead to loss of consciousness or even death if you get him hard enough. |

I grabbed an ex's adams apple once, with my feline nails, not for sport he had a knife, it's comforting to know it wasn't a nice experience for him....
and yes I meant to type feline and not finger, they're really long and strong... |

I should explain. I have had years in the martial arts field. Thai kickboxing, Aikido and Shotokan Karate. Not to mention studied street fighting methods and have developed my own style.
If a female goes for the eyes, it's not likely she will get both eyes and the man can still fight. if she goes for the balls, he can still fight through the pain, especially with his adrenaline surging. but take away his breathing, and you have won. those are the only truly vulnerable targets on a man regardless of size and strength. |

but the most important thing if you plan on attacking someone is to run. One needs to get used to calm thinking under extreme heart rate and adrenaline

once you do that... just get used to the idea that you never want to throw a punch! the man can grab your limbs and immobilize you. no... pull your arms close to your body and let him close the gap! If you can't run away, like if your indoors or something... let him in close.
once he is right on you, twist your body while using your elbow to his throat. knees to the groin... but avoid going for his face or torso. BOOM! he is down for the count and will never know what hit him. he will also have his guard down thinking you are helpless. hope you never have to use this advice |
