Just got off the phone with my P doc and after talking with her for a while, she also feels that I'm on the verge of an episode; so she is up the couple of my medications first off: she upped my Trileptal from 300 mg twice a day to 300 mg three times a day, then upped my Abilify from 20 mg a day to 30 mg a day.

Hopefully these med changes will help to stabilize things a little bit more for me, I'm feeling pretty grateful that I have a P doc who listens and tries to stay right on top of things.

I just started abilify three days ago but only 2 mg. I don't notice anything yet. How long before you felt better before on abilify?

It took a good 2 to 4 weeks to really start having any effect from my meds.
